Almond and Flax Seeds Gluten-Free Bread

Bread is a kitchen essential and there is absolutely nothing that doesn’t go with a slice of bread. Since the festivities are around the corner, it becomes important to amp up your baking game and we are here to tell you how.

Celebrate festivities and keep your loved ones healthy with this super delicious almond and flax seeds gluten-free bread. Here’s what you need:

  • 1 cup almonds 
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup Nemi Organic Flax Seeds 
  • ½ sea salt 
  • ½ tsp baking soda 
  • 2 tsp honey 
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar 
  • Olive oil 

How To Prepare:

Take a large bowl, beat egg yolk nicely.

Blend all the almonds using a food processor.

In a bowl combine the almond mixture and beaten egg.

Put the mixture in a bread baking tray and bake for 35-40 minutes at 300°F.

Cut into slices and store in a fridge in an airtight container. 

Serve with cheese, butter or use this bread to make any recipe of your choice.
